Great leaders are not born, they are trained. Explicit skill development applied and practiced is the path to developing strong leaders. At Adventure In Adventure Out, we develop leaders by teaching specific skills and create a laboratory setting for those skills to be practiced. Through classroom teaching and interactive simulation activities participants have opportunities to practice and hone their skills while having a lot of fun.
